Position: Sales Representative

About the Role

The Sales Representative at Zenmart will execute daily sales activities to drive revenue growth. Reporting to the Sales Lead, the role involves converting leads, addressing customer complaints, ensuring satisfaction, and onboarding new customers from marketing efforts. The candidate will build customer relationships and support sales strategy through insights and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage in sales and follow up on leads to close deals.
2. Assist in executing promotions and sales strategies.
3. Onboard new customers and guide them through initial purchases.
4. Collaborate with operations to resolve customer issues.
5. Maintain positive customer relationships for repeat business.
6. Provide feedback to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in retail/e-commerce.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
4. Basic tech knowledge related to sales and CRM.
