Position: Marketing Representative

About the Role

Zenmart is seeking a dynamic Marketing Representative to enhance our brand presence and cultivate an engaged online community. This role is perfect for a creative individual with strategic thinking skills and a passion for audience engagement. The Marketing Representative will play an integral role in executing a three-month content strategy to drive growth and customer interaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including planned posts and real-time stories.
2. Campaign Management: Implement a structured multi-platform content calendar and manage targeted campaigns to optimize reach and engagement.
3. Visual Storytelling: Collaborate with photographers and designers to ensure a visually appealing online presence.
4. Influencer Collaboration: Identify and manage relationships with local influencers to broaden brand reach.
5. Customer Engagement: Foster community interaction by responding to comments, hosting contests, and managing user-generated content.
6. Data Reporting: Analyze campaign metrics, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights for strategy adjustments.
7. Referral and Loyalty Programs: Promote and manage programs to boost user retention and customer acquisition.

Requirements:

1. Content Development: Ability to create platform-specific content that aligns with brand goals.
2. Experience: 1-3 years in social media marketing or content creation. Experience in grocery, food delivery, or e-commerce is a plus.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media platforms, content management systems, and basic design/video editing tools.
4. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-centric approach.
5. Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools for data-driven decision-making.
6. Project Management: Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
7. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a creative and proactive mindset.
