About the Role
As our Business Development Coordinator, you’ll be critical in driving rapid, cost-effective customer acquisition and optimizing our digital channels. This role is for a hands-on, experimental marketer who loves testing new ideas and thrives on data.
Responsibilities:
- Support business and brand growth
- Develop and execute growth hacking strategies to drive customer acquisition and boost engagement.
- Test new channels and optimize existing campaigns, focusing on low-cost, high-impact growth tactics.
- Analyze customer journey data, perform A/B testing, and enhance the user experience.
- Work closely with the marketing lead to optimize social media and ad spending.
- Coordinate customer satisfaction and CRM functions
Requirements:
- 4+ years in growth marketing or performance marketing (eCommerce experience a plus).
- Strong project proposal writing skills and experience in writing concept notes and grant applications
- Resource mobilization and management skills
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and email automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a love for data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with growth hacking techniques, customer segmentation, and A/B testing.
